“I went to Jessica for help with my athletic 13 year old son. He had gained a lot of weight and at first we thought he was going to grow out of it with a growth spurt, but that never happened. It affected his performance in sports and his self-esteem. She sat down and reviewed his activity and his eating habits with him, and together they made an individualized nutrition plan.

In a very short time it showed results. He has had more energy, has done better in school, and is gradually losing weight. What I love about what Jessica has done is that she has motivated my son, and he has really bought into the plan that they put together.
